Thank you .....I'm on a Windows Server 2012 R2.
I tried to export the entry in a ldif file, add the line pwdPolicySubentry:
ads-pwdid=default,ou=passwordPolicies,ads-interceptorId=authenticationInterceptor,ou=interceptors,ads-directoryServiceId=default,ou=config
and import the same entry.
Now my user has the pwdPolicySubentry attribute and pwdRest =TRUE .....but
after log on nothing happens: non password reset request !!!
WHY ?
