In commit 03a56291ca7c5477864d7901553e8fd69b529aa8 I added a Dockerfile that
uses instructions from
https://github.com/apache/directory-fortress-core/blob/master/README.md#section-6-instructions-for-using-apache-fortress-and-native-openldap-server.
However that doesn't use the RBAC accelerator. The Fortress tests pass anyway
