Yes, that seems like it would work for me as well. Though it works, it does
seems like overkill to disable one of Apple's security features to install a
program. Interesting that of the three solutions the author offers, you have
done option 2, [~lugutierr] is requesting option 1, and I have used option 3.
Having correctly identified the problem and fixes, I think it would be valid to
offer the solution of changing the location in the installer to
{{/usr/local/bin}} instead of {{/usr/bin}}. Many of us who use homebrew for
package management are already familiar with this location for executables.
