Shawn McKinney commented on FC-206:
-----------------------------------
Hello Bill, sorry it took awhile to get around to this, jira issues get routed
to a folder and this was missed. In future if you want more timely response,
please post to our ML, more closely monitored.
I think I understand what you're asking for. You want a way to refresh all
LDAP connections, presumably because a coordinate to the server was wrong, or
perhaps a failover has occurred that isn't behind a load balancer.
That being the case I think it's a good idea. In the past couple of years
we've significantly updated the config subsystem, and that will help here.
Is this something you'd like to help us with? We're always looking for someone
who can code but if that isn't possible we'll take any other help we can get.
i.e. help with doc, testing, etc... :-)

> Hi,
> I've started using fortress 2 and if does most of what I need. Thank you.
> What seems to be missing is a way to shutdown the system, when started with
> an invalid configuration(wrong host, for example) and restart with a valid
> configuration (from user input), without restarting the jvm. Please see the
> attachment.
