I was misled by the "Updater", but actually it has nothing to do with the
update mechanism.
It seems the problem is the console where we show the content of the ApacheDS
log file. I was able to reproduce the error by putting 100MB of junk data into
the apacheds.log, then when starting the ApacheDS server the console view goes
crazy, loads the log file, scrolls to the end, takes 100% CPU for some time,
then the error occurs.
Can you please check if the apacheds.log of your ApacheDS servers is large? To
find out the location just right-click on the server and select "Properties",
then in the dialog you see the location, there the logfile is in "log" folder
called apacheds.log. Do that for each of the servers you have in Studio. If one
is large you can just delete them, they are recreated when the server starts.
If they are large then the question is why? Did you change log level of the
servers? Or are there many errors logged?
I'll also investigate how to avoid that, either introduce log rotation, or
limit the number of lines shown in the console view.
Probably that even happens if console view is not visible, I also have ot check
that.
