Project [http://jaaslounge.sourceforge.net/] supports parsing PAC data.
I've forked it and rewrote to use Kerby instead of bcprox and
apache-directory-server:

Happy to work on a pull-request for Kerby once I have production ready code
(current implementation is far from it yet)
