Thanks Frank for the great work, the patch looks good to me, just one minor 
comment:
In KinitTool:

     if (ktOptions.contains(KinitOption.SERVICE)) {
         if (ktOptions.contains(KinitOption.KRB5_CACHE)) {

please add printing usage in else statement.
