The {{NoD}} (aka Notice of Disconnection) is an extended operation sent by the
server as a response to a bad request (wrong {{MessageID}}, wrong message tag,
a wrong field length or an incorrect tag). Its {{MessageID}} should be 0.
This is not what we have in
{{org.apache.directory.api.ldap.model.message.extended}}
