In Root DSE > supportedFeatures, for IBM Security Directory Server 6.4 the
description is missing for OID 1.3.18.0.2.32.102, 1.3.18.0.2.32.103 and
1.3.18.0.2.32.104
According to this IBM site
[https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSVJJU_6.4.0/com.ibm.IBMDS.doc_6.4/ds_ag_srv_adm_nist_ds_tls_11_12.html]
the OID 102 indicates Support for TLS 1.0, 103 for TLS 1.1 and 104 for TLS 1.2.
