I’m looking to cite that ApacheDS is LDAPv3 certified.
1.0 was. We haven't renewed the certification for a while, until 2.0 is out.
"ApacheDS™ is an extensible and embeddable directory server entirely written in Java, which has been certified LDAPv3 compatible by the Open Group. Besides" From: http://directory.apache.org/apacheds/ Yet, https://www.opengroup.org/openbrand/register/apache.htm lists ApacheDS as being LDAPv2 certified without mentioning LDAPv3.
LDAPv2 in the Open Group page is for the 2nd version of the certification tests, AFAIU : "However, the vendors warrant that their products conform to all details of the product standard, whether those details are tested or not. LDAP Certified V2 replaces the Open Brand for LDAP 2000 program."
It's more explicit in this datasheet : http://www.opengroup.org/downloads/vsldap.pdf
Hope it helps. -- Emmanuel Lecharny Symas.com directory.apache.org
