Since {{Mac OS X Sierra}}, installers must be signed with a Apple developer 
key. {{ApacheDS}} latest package isn't.

We need to follow the steps from 
[INFRA-16978|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-16978] to get it 
working.
