Fix For: 2.0.4
Add an entity, called Configuration, to contain fortress configuration
properties. This will enable audit context to be stored. It also will
facilitate storing other types of properties, in addition to name / value
pairs. For example, gid and uid number counters for rfc2307 user and groups.
