Here is an issue that well describe problem

Moreover, server crash has heavy consequences has it contains many datas and we
cannot save/export anymore this data while server can't start.
A temporary solution is to erase the relative entry to the new schema into the
Windows filesystem.
$DIR_APACHE_DS/instances/default/partions/schema/ou=schema/cn=qmail_cgi
Nevertheless such a solution is unacceptable as we cannot import LDIF schema
into server
