The cipher list is the one provided by the underlying JVM. Studio can be used
to configure the list.
FTR, one can programmatically configure the ciphers list through the
{{TcpTransport.setEnabledCiphers()}} method and read it with the
{{TcpTransport.getCipherSuite()}} method.
