thanks to Stefan, who found a 'nice' race condition in the API (it
occurs randomly when closing a connection), and I think we have a fix
for it (see DIRAPI-342).
Even if we need to review the LdapNetworkConnection thoroughly, we
should now be in better shape with this fix. FTR, I have removed some
dead code, and combined my changes with Stefan's ones.
I will start cutting a new release (2.0.0.AM4), it will also use the
latest MINA revision (2.1.3) which has just been released with an
important bug fix (100% CPU usage).
