Side note: the way it's done is not the most efficient. Typically, we call the
{{getSubordinates()}} method from the backend, which fetch the information from
the {{RdnIndex}}. Also we could improve the {{processSubordinates()}} method.

In any case, we should get rid of the {{hasSubordinates}} AttributeType and
then close this JIRA.
