As I said, there is no such link available.
OTOH, *Microsoft* as perverted the {{ObjectClass}} and {{AttributeType}}
definitions to make them very different from what {{LDAP}} specifies.
*ApacheDS*, as *OpenLDAP*, stick to the RFCs, so the {{ObjectClass}} and
{{AttributeType}} structures are fully described on [RFC 4512, section-4.1.1
and 4.1.2|https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4512#section-4.1]
