Summary: Issue a warning when an EType is not found upon decoding

When an EType is not identified/supported by apacheds-protocol-kerberos, then
upon decoding the request body (TGS in this case), the EType is formalized as
an -1/UNKNOWN entry. Later on, when this object is re-encoded for checksum
verification purposes, a mismatch is caused, and there is no evidence of what
happened.

It would be nice, to have a warning at the very least when an UNKNOWN is
created, to help easier debug this config issue.
