Description: ktadd/xst is a very important function, we need to add it to
the remote kadmin tool (was: Currently, the remote admin tool only supports
addprinc/delprinc/renprinc/listprinc functions, we need to add more remote
admin functions, such as ktadd/change_password/getprinc.)
