Jenkins pipeline for Kerby. Builds on OpenJDK 8 and 11, if successful the Maven snapshot artifacts are deployed to Nexus. Pipeline configured at https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Directory/job/dir-kerby-pipeline/, (branch needs to be changed to `trunk` after merge. Replacement for job at old Jenkins host.
