Yeah, it works !

Many thanks Roy ! I spent something like 10 minutes yesterday and all was already documented in the root README.txt of the web site git repo. Can't be easier !

I wonder why I was so reluctant to make this move, as Hugo already seems way simpler than the defunct Apache CMS system...

@Stefan, there are tools to detect dead or broken links, don't waste your time doing it by hand :-)

Merged the pull requests, the index.html contains

Thanks Roy!

I'll click through the site to see if there are broken links.

I just created 2 pull requests against the directory-site repo adding the
.asf.yaml files for deploying from the git repo. This .asf.yaml config will
override the existing SVN config.

After merging I'll create 2 pull requests against the infra puppet repos
for removing the svn config, see:

The website indeed is still served from SVN. With the existence of the
.asf.yaml file projects can now make the switch themselves (e.g. from the
CMS to git).

I’ll create a pull request to add this file shortly (probably today).

After that we only need to inform infra that the leftovers can be cleaned
up.

Looks like directory.apache.org is still served from SVN/CMS [1], so we
need to ask infra to switch to git.

Hi !

I just pushed some modifications on the site, but I can't see them atm.
Is there something to be done to have those changes make it to the real
site, or is there a delay for the publication to be propagated ? And if
so, what is the delay ?

Many thanks !
