Most of the server-integ test are now ok, still a bit of work with: - CreateLdapConnectionPoolRule that has to be removed - The MultiThreadedMultiInvoker @Rule has to be removed - - Replication tests are likely to be reviewed after my changes - a few tests aren't passing, most certainly because of some bug in the ApacheDSTestExtention class I wrote to replace theh FrameworkRunner.
