Hi, we recently changed all the license headers to use https instead of http for the link to the license text: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
That's a good thing and allowed from legal [1]. But the problem is that the current apache-rat:check plugin 0.13 fails with unapproved license. The problem was fixed [2][3] in 2019, but there's no release since then. I found a workarund [4] from the Avro project that configures the allowed license URL pattern. If there is no objections I'll apply it to our projects.
