We are using the API in complex network environments, when accessing to servers
via proxy is usual stuff. So we really need this feature. On top of that, it
should be very easy to add it at least for LDAPS connections (HTTP Proxy
CONNECT), and it for sure would be enough for our needs.
If someone knows any work-around, that would also work.
