Somehow, we got stuck on a backwater version of
[ehcache-core](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.sf.ehcache/ehcache-core)
which hasn't had a release in over five years!
This issue upgrades to latest release of
[ehcache](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.sf.ehcache/ehcache-core),
which thankfully is still being updated.
One day, we'll move to ehcachev3, another caching framework altogether, or even
replace caching with persistent searches.
In the meantime, at least we're staying on a library that is being maintained.
