Hello,
I’ve posted a bit on fortress list about new docker images.
* [Proposal for Updated Docker Image for OpenLDAP
FC-305](https://lists.apache.org/thread/2chz3wz3fvz65fkjjmt9sg67p3qnzxvd)
* [Proposal for Updated Docker Image for ApacheDS
FC-306](https://lists.apache.org/thread/5ty64o3q4zq1wg3z6bsoy7cmf275jvz4)
There are a couple of tickets created to track the progress:
* [Upgrade OpenLDAP Docker
Container](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FC-305)
* [Upgrade ApacheDS Docker
Container](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FC-306)
Besides bring your attention to these proposed changes before I push the
updated images to Dockerhub I wanted to bring up the obvious fact that
publishing images is a lot like a release.
So, should we be voting on image updates on Dockerhub?
I don't think so. The purpose of those Docker images is to simplify
testing of Fortress. Those are no official images of our products
(Fortress, ApacheDS).
Kind regards,
Stefan
