The 0X70 tag is not a valid LDAP tag.
The received message is an ASN.1 BER encoded byte array, which can be read as:
```
30 08 LdapMessage, length 8 bytes
02 02 03 CA MessageId, 970 (0x3CA)
70 02 03 AF Unknown...
```
What is the LDAP client sending this message ?
