Fix For: 2.0.9
Mostly minor improvements to how LDAP and TLS connections are created including
truststore management. This will make the code easier to read. It also
tightens the error handling and prevents (trying to) open connections
simultaneously using TLS and LDAPS, which can never work anyway.
