ApacheDS 2.0.0.AM27 has created the imperative to support JUnit 5. But, we need
to continue to support v4 because most of fortress unit tests have not been
migrated.
So, for the next step we'll support both until the time in which they've all
migrated. These dependencies are limited to tests and so the core lib is not
impacted.
