The dist already had the Netty NOTICE part
https://github.com/apache/directory-kerby/blob/trunk/kerby-dist/kdc-dist/NOTICE,
and the license had jline + SLF4J
https://github.com/apache/directory-kerby/blob/trunk/kerby-dist/kdc-dist/LICENSE

I added the missing jsch license
