For LDAP API: we build for Java 11 and 17 (although 11 is failing due to
the checkstyle plugin that require a more recent version)
For ApacheDS: Java 8, 11 and 17
For Apache Mavibot: Java 8, 11 and 17
For Apache Directory Studio: Java 11 and 17
There is no Jenkinsfile for the other project (although it would be a
good idea to add them for Kerby, Scim and Fortress). And also fix the
failing ones plus add Java 21 and 25 too...
