The current Antlr version we are using (2.7.7) can't be used with the most
recent versions.
We need to get rid of the parsers using this library:
* ACIItem
* ACIItemChecker
* DistinguishedName
* SchemaConverter
* SubtreeSpecification
* SubtreeSpecificationChecker
* TriggerSpecification
