+1 for GH Issues. That's where people are. IIRC, Apache Arrow had tools to do the migration. Shiro also moved last year (possibly 2 or 3), my memory is fuzzy, but we sunset most of the issues, and move over the relevant ones.
It's probably a lot easier to write migration scripts nowadays too...
