Check the attribute type of an _Ava_ built from the public _Rdn_ constructors
The attribute type check added to the public _Ava_ constructors was not
done in the package protected _Ava( SchemaManager, String, String, Value )_
constructor, which is the one used by _Rdn.addAVA_.
The public _Rdn( String, String )_ and _Rdn( SchemaManager, String, String )_
constructors therefore still accepted a type carrying *DN* structural chars
(e.g. _new Rdn( "cn=probe,ou=admins", "x" )_), which was spliced as is into
the _Rdn_ user provided name.
