join.uni-muenster is ok now. I contacted Daniel Lang, who is the contact
person for leo.org, and he answered a few minutes ago, unfortunately
with bad news.
They have a big hardware defect and they don't know if will repair it at
all. He stated the reason, that they are badly short-staffed.
They posted a short message on their website about it: http://www.leo.org/
We already removed the leo server from our german download page in
february, because they often had problems in the past. May be it would
make sense to remove the server from the international pages too?
