Cygnal mirror is defunct; I have been running it on another server for a
while (few months) now:
$ host openoffice.mirror.cygnal.ca
openoffice.mirror.cygnal.ca is an alias for mirror.mountaincable.net.
mirror.mountaincable.net has address 24.215.0.24
$ host openoffice.mirror.rafal.ca
openoffice.mirror.rafal.ca has address 24.215.0.24
So let's change the site info:
