Maybe, I don't know. I'm not againt using a forum, but why not use usenet
groups or something, they have been designed for what you propose. :)
And how hard would it be so have it all, ie. a forum which is linked 1:1 to a
mailinglist for the "old techies" ;)

Does anybody know of a good bittorrent-tracker-logfile-parser? I've got over a
year of log files, just waiting to be parsed into nice statistics! :) The
only thing i've come up with so far, is the amasing amount of 53 TiB of data,
already transfered through bittorrent.

Hi Mike
I agree with your recommendation to use usenet and checked the
Google Groups. There are already forums created related to
OpenOffice.org. Those groups accept posting by email and web
forms. It's as close to a "perfect" match to the required
criteria as we can get.
Who would like to lead us into the promised land by creating a
group there?
