Can we post ibiblio's URL as a backup for use when OOo's tracker is down (as it was most of this week)? Might there also be a way to integrate ibiblio's file serving capability into OOo's torrent files, for example, by using a multi-tracker extension to the torrent format?
The second method would probably be the best, because it causes less confusion, and requires no changes to the website. It only relies on Mike knowing how to do this (I don't). Mike?
