Once the backbone for this is in place, we will probably want to
consider having 3-5 way failover for leaf trackers.
I can provide a failover (next to borft) but that's also on the university
network, so im not sure how big the added value of that would be however!
I could host it on the su.se university network, if you need a spare
tracker offsite.
