Subject: [cd-rom] development and distribution
Hi,
I have a query over the development for an application for openoffice and
the then marketing of that binary (I assume a 'binary' is similar to a VBA
macro in Word).
At present I have a VBA for Word product which is sold as a plug in to MS
Word. If I was to adapt this (if possible) to function in openoffice could
I
still sell this on CDROM alongside the distributing of the openoffice
suite
AND sell the 'plug-in' via download with links for 'customers' to acquire
openoffice.
If any of this is possible what exactly is the licensing and what 'legal'
steps are required to allow this.
Any advise on this issue would be welcome.
Best regards,
Thomas
