After the diskcrash I restored a backup of the torrents, which was ok, but it included some old torrents of files which were no longer available in the mirrors network. I forgot to check... sorry about that ;) But they are gone now. Speed seems to have returned, atleast mij seeders are doing a steady 300K/s
