Hi Andrea,
Bouncer has been unusable, according to reports by Italian users, for
about 8 hours now.
I could only try during the last hour and I confirm it is unusable: even
though some downloads do start if you wait some minutes, the system is
highly unresponsive and the current latency is unacceptable.
thanks for notifying us. I've forwarded the information to the Bouncer
admins as OSUOSL and hope they can fix it soon.
