It was, indeed. But, unfortunately, it has been now unresponsive (or very slow: downloads need 5 minutes or so to be served) for a couple of hours, again! I remember Bouncer being very reliable in 2.x times and I really wonder why it is so often in trouble these days. Being unable to download OOo is hardly acceptable given the good overall quality of the OOo infrastructure.
