ftp/http both don't work for 134.109.132.16 (www.dvs-dmm.tu-chemnitz.de)
but do work for 14.109.132.91 (ftp.tu-chemnitz.de).
Looks like the DNS round robin just needs to update the record to
134.109.132.91.
They are fine for the two remaining mirrors.

archive.services.openoffice.org has address 134.109.132.16
archive.services.openoffice.org has address 134.169.192.5
archive.services.openoffice.org has address 193.206.140.37
