Either the RC2 is for 3.1.2 or the 3.1.1 is not stable and has to be redone :)
at the first view it could look like a mistake. To prevent this we've
inserted the following text parts below the tables on both websites.
This is to differentiate released builds and RCs:
other.html:
"A gap means that the build is not yet released. It can be found as
untested Release Candidate."
and
all_rc.html:
"A gap means that the build is already released as final build. It can
be found as stable and tested build."
I hope this makes it clear. :-)
