Nope, http://archive.services.openoffice.org/pub/openoffice-archive/stable/2.4.3/ works fine for me ;) perhaps one of the mirrors is broken, as said, please try again, as the hostname is a dns roundrobin name, and a reload could cause you to be redirected to a working mirror!
