The package OpenOffice.org is protected by Copyright, so it is allowed to redistribute it, as well as to run it for any purpose, study and adapt it, improve it and redistribute the improvements. There are some requirements: You must include a copy of the license with the program. The regular installer does this for you. You have either to include the source code or tell the users where it is (http://www.openoffice.org) and if you modify the OpenOffice.org source, you need to publish those modifications, as source code (some kinds of modifications are exempted from this rule; see the licenses for details). See the license for the details: http://www.openoffice.org/licenses/lgpl_license.html Or the OEM and CD pages for more general information and pointers regarding logos and trademarks. http://www.openoffice.org/about_us/OEM_and_CD.html Regards, /Lars --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
