I am not sure you are the right person, but hopefuly if not yopu can direct
this to them.
I have used the wonderful open offoice software for some years with no
problems.
However I have just downloaded open office to a new PC and have inadverantly
downloaded hotbar as well. This virus seems to be distributed by pinball and
seemsto be unremoveable. I have treid the support areas but there seems to be
nothing on this fault.
