the German team did not release a PPC build for OpenOffice.org 3.2.1
Take a look at the load balancing service:

If you go to http://download.openoffice.org/ the JavaScript magic tries
to recognize the platform of your browser and then tries to build a URL
but the link provided here does not resolve because the build does not
exist. Unfortunately this situation isn't covered by the script.

recognises my computer (Mac OS X on a Mac G4, i.e., with an Power PC
Processor PPC) and my language (German - de-CH) correctly, surfing with
a Safari Browser.
