I've been thinking about this step for a long time, and wanted to take it already durin this summer, but now I feel the time is right for that. I have not been that deeply involved in distribution as it would be required for a project lead (at least I think so), and people like Tora, Peter and Stefan basically did all the work.
So, to give others a chance to take a leading role, I will step down. In addition, you already pointed it out - my duties have grown so much that I need to take care of my 'real' life as well. Volunteer engagement doesn't pay your monthly bills, and the day has only 24 hours, so I nontheless would have to give up some of the roles. :-)
